About The CX Possibilitarians™
meaning . craft . possibility
The CX Possibilitarians™ is founded and convened by
Wavi Mungala, an award-winning CX & Comms leader whose leadership approach brings together systems thinking and the human side of service.
Drawing from more than two decades of experience across global hospitality chains in the U.S. and tier-one banking and public sector institutions in Kenya, Wavi experienced and observed a recurring truth: CX professionals spend much of their time firefighting, leaving little space to step back, see the system, and lead with intention.
This philosophy emerged from that gap.
CX Possibilitarians was convened not to solve or rescue, but to curate thoughtful environments where CX professionals can pause, reflect, and explore their leadership with courage, depth, and intention.
Wavi holds the space - the thinking, the tools, the prompts - while each professional shapes their own path through
meaning, craft, and possibility.
The Role of Story
Story is how experience becomes visible.
It reveals the patterns beneath behaviour, the emotions beneath transactions, and the identity embedded within systems. Story is not just entertainment; it is
data with a heartbeat.
Within CX Possibilitarianism, story is a
strategic tool. It connects moments into patterns, patterns into insight, and insight into action. It helps leaders understand not only
what happened, but
why it keeps happening.
A CX Possibilitarian listens for the story within the system - the recurring moments that signal
friction, possibility, and transformation.
When we listen deeply, the system finally speaks.
