The CX Possibilitarians™ is founded and convened by Wavi Mungala, an award-winning CX & Comms leader whose leadership approach brings together systems thinking and the human side of service.
Drawing from more than two decades of experience across global hospitality chains in the U.S. and tier-one banking and public sector institutions in Kenya, Wavi experienced and observed a recurring truth: CX professionals spend much of their time firefighting, leaving little space to step back, see the system, and lead with intention.
This philosophy emerged from that gap.
